MSA Tax & Advisory (ABN 54 582 553 358) is a registered tax agent under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009. The following information is provided in accordance with our obligations under that Act and the Code of Professional Conduct.

Complaints & Concerns

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly first. Alternatively, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the TPB via their official complaints process https://www.tpb.gov.au/complaints

Our Duties and Professional Standards

As your tax agent we commit to:

  • acting honestly, lawfully and with integrity;

  • protecting your confidential information;

  • providing competent, timely and accurate tax services;

  • managing any conflicts of interest;

  • staying up to date with relevant tax laws and regulations;

  • maintaining appropriate professional indemnity cover;

  • and complying with statutory and ethical obligations under TASA and the Code of Professional Conduct.

Your Responsibilities as a Client

When you engage us as your tax agent, we ask that you:

  • provide full and accurate information;

  • maintain and supply required records;

  • promptly update us of any changes to your circumstances;

  • co-operate with our reasonable requests for information;

  • and meet any relevant lodgment deadlines or other compliance requirements.

Prescribed Events - Disclosure

We confirm that, in the past five years, none of the events requiring mandatory disclosure (such as suspension of registration, bankruptcy, serious offence, or civil penalties under TASA) have occurred in relation to MSA Tax & Advisory.
